Starting pay $17.48/hr.

Pay Progression based on time in roll: MH2: $21.50/hr, MH3: $22.86/hr, MH4: $24.19/hr, MH5: $26.88/hr

This is a 12 hour rotating shift of Days, 630a-630p and Nights 630p-630a.

One full week off per month and at least 3 days off each week. Shift differential when working on night shift.

As a Material Handler, you will be a critical part of the production team, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are performing at top notch! Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that any unoccupied dock doors are chained off/blocked for fork truck entry

• May perform inventory control (counting, simple reporting)
• Packs/produces product in small bags, FIBCs, and Rail/Bulk
• Other duties on production floor assigned by Supervisor (which may include movement of Non-TCAO and subcontract material
• Unloading/loading trucks with shipments.- Create shippers for outgoing painted cabs

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift in a safe and responsible manner, wear seatbelt
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Able to work flexible hours/weekends/overtime
