As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in data management efforts. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop standardized data solutions and maintain the quality of master and transactional data across all business processes.

The Scoop:

• Take ownership of entering and maintaining master data into source systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data standards and policies.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to proactively audit master data, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to understand data usage needs and contribute to the development of standardized data solutions.
• Analyze, monitor, and measure the quality of master data, implementing corrective actions and proactively resolving issues.
• Develop templates and work with IT to streamline data entry processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Partner with the Master Data Architect to ensure comprehensive and accurate data management documentation.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather specific information required for complete and accurate records.

You bring:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with manufacturing businesses (preferred).
• Prior experience in Operations/Supply Chain (preferred).
• Experience efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging with staff at all levels of the company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management (preferred).
• Enterprise level, data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with at least 5 years of experience (Microsoft Dynamics F&O preferred).
• Ability to communicate technology solutions to both technical and business management teams, and a proven track record of establishing collaborative relationships and delivering valuable business impacts.
• Proven experience in master data design and architecture.
