Massage Therapist Jobs

Summary of Position

We are seeking passionate and professional massage therapist to join our team. Must have great communication and customer service skills. Ability to administer quality body treatments that meets the clients needs ranging from pain, stress, injury and overall wellness, and relaxation. Homeowner and member engagement is a priority as well as being a team player and positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Follow all departmental polices and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain New Mexico license and insurance
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers and co-workers by meeting their expectations.
• Promote and sell treatments at various yearly events
• Must be able to perform various massage techniques including, but not limited to Swedish deep tissue, Thai, and cranial sacral
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
• Passion for helping others and listening to the clients needs.
• Build and maintain an active client base through the highest level of service

Miscellaneous

Work hours: range between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. seven days a week

Requirements

• Current liability insurance Current Aid/CPR/AED certification
• 2 years of hands on experience
• Current New Mexico License

Physical demands

Lifting 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 lbs. Requires waiting, walking, or standing to a significant degree. Reaching. Handling. Talking. Listening. Ability to demonstrate and instruct physical exercises in a group or individual format.
