Job Description
Build the Graber family of brands and generate sales qualified leads (SQLs) for the sales team
Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 coaching with marketing team to ensure career goals, team alignment, and team health are maintained
  • Aligning Marketing/Brand Director's strategic goals/objectives with the goals/objectives developed by marketing team members
  • Analyzing marketing metrics to assess target objectives
  • Determines strategy for creative, visual, and messaging direction of Graber brands and brand properties
  • Creating and managing budget for brand/marketing
  • Manage and supervise marketing staff including:
  • Ongoing professional development & training, based on personal and company goals
  • Develops and implements overall strategic marketing and e-commerce goals and objectives (quarterly) per overall company direction and initiatives
  • Nurture companies/contacts in database through SQL lifecycle stage
  • Strategy, planning, and approval of media and ads
