We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Consulting Marketing team supporting engineering services.
- Work with the Cloud marketing leader to manage the budget and general operations management. Set metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. Work across the team to provide ongoing reporting of results to leadership through regular touchpoints and annual planning - advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Work with the Cloud marketing leader and overall team to develop the strategic marketing plan and serve as a strategic advisor to the business bringing creative and innovative approaches to Cloud campaigns with a strong focus on industry verticalization.
- Deliver integrated marketing programs and activities that support Cloud's industry and sector strategy, including developing messaging frameworks; creating sales enablement materials; building website content; managing email, social media and advertising campaigns; creating thoughtware and video content.
- Work collaboratively with the go-to-market team supporting Cloud, including closely aligning with analyst relations and the integrated offering and sector teams. More broadly collaborate across Consulting marketing, ecosystems and alliances, GDA, and stakeholders to initiate and support the development of strategic marketing campaigns for Cloud.
- Execute digital events, such as LinkedIn Lives and webcasts, and provide strategic input on in-person events.
- Help develop junior team members through coaching, oversight, and directly working on key initiatives. Prioritize projects and time across team resources.
- Own the overall management of campaigns and activities for Cloud to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of resources in conjunction with Deloitte's in-house Green Dot Agency (GDA); engage the GDA to ensure cohesive support and/or pull in other capabilities, as appropriate.
- Maintain and evolve an industry-centric content strategy for Deloitte.com with a strong focus on lead generation and eminence.
- 9+ years of relevant technology, professional services, or corporate B2B marketing experience
- Familiarity with cloud, AI, and cyber technologies is a plus
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness
- Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business or technology field
- An innovative mindset and ability to think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how channels come together to provide measurable results. Strong experience and knowledge of the latest trends in digital, social, virtual events, and whitepapers/POVs
- Proficiency in Workfront is a plus
- Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a plus)
