Job Description
Job Summary
Main responsibilities are to provide support to the commercial leadership team and lead the design, creation and delivery of marketing communication programs that support the growth and expansion of Pioneer Metal Finishing.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch digital content; including emails, drip campaigns, and website landing pages.
  • Provide support for market analysis and market research efforts as needed.
  • Utilize Google analytics to assist with search engine optimization for the Pioneer website. Create and maintain a report on key metrics.
  • Coordinate incoming lead scoring and assignments, including quotation requests.
  • Coordinates database organization, including CRM, Marketing system, and asset database
  • Assist with marketing communication strategies and planning. Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of branded marketing communications, sales tools and templates to support Go-To-Market plans and strategies. This includes company brochures, sell sheets, technical bulletins, spec sheets, etc.
  • Additional projects as assigned.
Education/Qualifications
  • Proficient with a PC, skills with spreadsheets a plus, skills with design software a plus.
  • Prior experience in marketing preferred.
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or Economics.
