Job Description
The Marketing Internship will begin in September until November 2023


Position Summary and Description As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in various aspects as outlined below:


Advertising - Media plan entry into Sales Force - Creation of e-commerce Retailer Scorecard presentation for new watch launches. - Communicate social media assets, newsletters, and website banner creative to authorized retailer network. - Ad hock marketing projects Administration / Research - Competitor analysis at POS - Competitive ambassador analysis - Vendor solicitation and personal requests management Digital - Retailer website audit - Hashtag analysis and research Retail Marketing - Organize and maintain monthly event calendars and tracking tools. - Maintain retail marketing contact lists (mall, vendors, etc.) by tracking shifts and updating contact information accordingly. - Assist Retail Marketing Manager with post-event recaps and overview decks. - Own competitive analysis of luxury brands and their winning retail and events strategies - Must be able to support in the planning and execution of significant NYC (Meatpacking / Madison) in store events as hospitality ambassador.


You will have the opportunity to learn how to plan and execute all small-scale in-store regional events (under 30 guests) including the creation of guidelines for the stores, logistics, vendor relationship management and researching.


Requirement and Skills :


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide on average 15 hours/week
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with MS suites, marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords)
  • Current enrollment in a Marketing, PR, Communications or other related BS or Masters degree
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
