The Marketing Conversion team is part of the larger Marketing team, an extremely collaborative and innovative group focused on optimizing the user experience at various steps in the conversion funnel with the end goal of maximizing revenue from visitors for all marketing channels in each of Ancestry’s key global Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Front-end web development in support of test setup or modifications to existing tests
• Develop ways to improve A/B testing efficiency and reduce the error rate in the setup/launch process
• Work on other tasks relating to testing infrastructure and maintenance
• Audit tracking reports to ensure test data is clean and accurate
• Create and execute user experience A/B tests and implement winning cells of previous tests

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years working in an experimentation or prototyping environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Javascript (ES5/ES6)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Marketing is desired
• Familiarity with application APIs
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Skilled at implementing and maintaining marketing tools
• 1-2 years of experience in website development
• 1-2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $85,000 - $105,000 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision. The actual salary will vary by geographic region and job experience. We will share detailed compensation data for a specific location during the recruiting process. Nice to Haves:

• Intermediate knowledge of the React framework.
• Familiarity with data/statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of Workfront
• Front-end web development for offer page single page application
• Intermediate knowledge of NodeJS is a plus
• Back-end development for offer page stack
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe.io or other data integration tools
