ROLE OVERVIEW – MARKETING DATA SCIENTIST

• Use machine learning models to address complex challenges of experimental design, marketing effectiveness, ROI, and user behavior.
• Identify opportunities to help the marketing department scale through acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
• Partner with paid media and CRM marketing teams where you will be responsible for campaign analysis, experimental design, segmentation and KPI measurement.
• Develop media mix models and attribution models to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Measure the impact of media for better ROAS. Measure the incremental effectiveness of media spend and model future spend.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Expert knowledge of SQL and Python
• Deep knowledge of experiment design and causal inference
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics with a background working with large complex customer data sets
• Experience with growth marketing and LTV
• Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, machine learning and developing data driven strategies to optimize the customer journey
