Job Summary:


The Marketing Data Analyst role is responsible for working as a part of the Marketing department to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster long-term relationships with consumers. This individual will act as an expert with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
  • Operate with a holistic view of the retail business and enterprise operations, which enables effective decision-making, ability to prioritize work, & proactively address opportunities at the market-level.
  • Coordinate with Business leaders to boost our market presence and increase member engagement.
  • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach perspective members.
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain members.
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Effectively navigate various levels of the organization to acknowledge and balance connected and dependent strategies, directions & priorities.
  • Monitor, manage, and nurture relationships with members through CRM system(s).
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new members.
  • Ability to identify and drive proactive work that aligns overall corporate vision and respective market goals, all while considering the most effective means of addressing dealer needs.
  • Lead the email marketing team and suggest new methods to address members’ needs.
  • Track marketing metrics and trends (conversion rates and web analytics).
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.


Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Strong collaborator, with a positive attitude and proven track record of working in a team environment to successfully support business units.
  • Five+ years of similar or related experience with proven work experience as a CRM Analyst (or similar role).
  • Segmentation data and research experience
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or similar related field.
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
