LIVunLtd is offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the company's creative leadership team to support processes and output related to a variety of B2C and B2B brand touch points.

Adaptable: You can provide a high level of administrative support and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients & vendors.
Creative thinker: you possess creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
Storyteller: you have a strong understanding of brand voice and style guidelines with the ability to translate them into clear, compelling copy.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update events resource documents including event processes and vendor information
- Identify, develop, and implement new systems to improve current processes and ways of working
- Assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks, operational projects, expense reporting, and account management
- Research and assist with developing partnerships with new and exciting events/vendors in New York City
- This role will support day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow of the creative team
- Attend on-site events as needed to ensure brand standards are met. Take photos and short videos for documentation and content.
- Support Programming Manager to help manage, prioritize, and oversee event process from initial brief, creative concept & development through planning to reconciliation
- Assist with the production and delivery of creative content including but not limited to email campaigns, event invitations, newsletters, blog posts, and print collateral
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree level or higher.
- Outstanding listening skills with the ability to quickly identify and reach the desired outcome.
- Strong writing, grammatical and proofreading skills with an elevated level of creativity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills to ensure multiple projects with varying timelines, needs, and approvals inputs are completed.
- Aptitude with Canva, WordPress, Salesforce, Monday, and Marketing Cloud
- Practical research skills and the ability to communicate findings in a helpful, relevant, and articulate manner.
- Polished and positive demeanor.
- Highly organized with an eye for process improvements and driving efficiencies
- Equally comfortable and confident working in a team environment or working autonomously.

COMPENSATION
The Marketing & Creative Assistant with LIVunLtd offers $50,000 per annum.
