The role
Congo Brands is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to execute successful special projects, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of special projects across all brands.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events.
  • Help maintain a planning calendar, ensuring launches and events are up to date.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute various initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and positive relationships within the community.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as operations, creative, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless communication on marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and partners to ensure strong engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Businesses or related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing.
Strong organizational abilities and analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
