Job Description
Summary


Increases sales in the under and over 65 individual products by way of developing and implementing sales campaigns.


Description


Location: Columbia, SC


What You'll Do


  • Trains and supports sales representatives and agents on Affordable Care Act and all Medicare supplement product marketing campaigns.
  • Monitors/reviews accuracy of project database. Updates database, reports and provides requested reports to management.
  • Supervises and implements marketing campaigns for Affordable Care Act and Medicare supplements. Initiates/supervises product design teams to develop and market new products.
  • Reviews campaign costs/results and determines what improvements are needed. Reviews market trends, competitor's products, and customer needs.


Required Work Experience


  • 2 years sales/marketing experience in advertising campaign development/management. Examples of advertising campaign development/management are TV, direct mail, newspaper inserts, etc.


Required Education


  • Bachelor's degree


Required Skills And Abilities


  • Knowledge of health insurance and regulatory issues. Good judgment skills. Effective customer service skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.


Required Software And Other Tools


  • Microsoft Office products


Preferred Work Experience


  • 4-years communications, graphic design publications.


Preferred Skills And Abilities


  • Analytical or critical thinking skills.


Preferred Software And Other Tools


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and other database software.
