We are looking for a talented, smart, self-directed marketing content and community manager with a positive mindset to join our fast-growing start-up. You’re never tired of learning, love bleeding-edge tech, and are an avid social user with a deep understanding of social platforms. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and work closely with the C-suite to evolve our approach to brand marketing, content, and social strategy. You appreciate direct communication, and don’t shy away from direct feedback seeing it as an opportunity to grow. You will stay on top of all brand and content marketing initiatives, project management, and communicate proactively.


As a content marketing manager, you will use data-driven insights to generate, grow, manage and execute content marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. You can translate marketing goals into social strategies and are a strong written communicator who knows how to create compelling, result-driven content that drives scalable conversions across various social and digital platforms. This means you can write creative and on-brand content for multiple platforms, user segments, and strategies. You will implement content strategies that are targeted and coordinated across platforms, digital channels, and verticals.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, hands-on, scrappy environment where priorities shift frequently. You are a self-starter who is a proactive and creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment while proactively moving tasks forward.


Roles & Responsibilities.


  • Create iterative feedback loops to continuously optimize our content marketing and social strategies
  • Achieve business targets through content marketing strategies
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement, while receiving and responding to customer feedback
  • Define, build, implement, and innovate our social marketing strategy in collaboration with Digiphy Head of Marketing
  • Support the Head of Growth Marketing in developing content for marketing plans and strategies
  • Assist in the development of content marketing strategies with ROI and efficiency conscious mindset
  • Enthusiastic at tackling complex situations, providing solutions and building strategies from the beginning to completion
  • Review and revise our branded content including our website, all marketing materials and channels
  • Create, plan and own the content marketing calendar leveraging industry standard tools - eg. Sprout Social
  • Ability to create, write and distribute social media campaigns across Linkedin, Instagram, Meta, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Manage creative projects with agency partnerships
  • Write, edit, and deliver engaging content and collateral to the customer regularly across multiple channels - blog posts, FAQs, case studies, email marketing, social, digital advertising, and paid and organic media


Qualifications: Must meet these minimum qualifications.

  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other creative tools
  • Experimental, “test, learn, scale” mindset, evolving tests into ongoing programs
  • Strong writer with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for all content creation across our website, social channels, and thought leadership pieces
  • Expert social media platform understanding and working in scheduling tools like Sprout Social
  • Quick, decisive, and careful with execution
  • Experience and comfort using all social marketing creative development and scheduling - AI tools, Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, journalism, or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • 2+ years of experience in content and social marketing
  • Self Starter that proactively brings new ideas and strategies to the team


Preferred qualifications.

  • Experience initiating strategy from execution to implementation
  • B2B and SaaS vertical experience a plus
  • Ability to create short form video content and platform demos
