Last year we added Education Changemakers (EC) to the Go1 product solution with a core focus on providing professional development to teachers and school leaders across the world. Specialising in the K-12 space, we truly believe that the work we are doing is changing the world. We know that the more we can support teachers, the better they can teach, and the more lives are changed through education.

What does a Content Partner Manager do every day at Go1?

• Engaging with education experts, thought leaders and learning partners to license their content for the online platform and working with Go1 Legal through contracting processes.
• Supporting existing content partners to manage their content dashboards, with uploading and invoicing.
• We are a team of high performers and get lots of great work done quickly. Some find the pace is not for them.
• Strategic management of the K-12 content in our online platform, identifying gaps and using key trends in education to curate a comprehensive library.
• Develop and nurture relationships with K-12 content partners to ensure strong content continues to be provided and the partnerships are mutually beneficial.

We Will Be Excited About You If

• You can confidently make connections with major K-12 organisations and love building relationships.
• You're passionate about K-12 professional development - you know who the most in-demand thought leaders are, and have the finger on the pulse when it comes to learning trends.
• You're open to learning about or have experience in contracting, and with training and support are able to lead content acquisition discussions with partners.
• You come from a teaching background but you're perhaps looking for a move out of the classroom environment.
• You're open to our work culture that sees some team members work remotely.
• You are able to negotiate great arrangements with partners that work for our business and keep partners thrilled.
