Our fire suppression systems keep businesses, people, and equipment safe by automatically detecting and suppressing fires in high-risk equipment, like CNC machines, vehicles, heavy equipment, electrical cabinets, and wind turbines. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support internal / cultural initiatives within the organization that need marketing help, and ensure they are reflected on social media
• Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, sales, executive team, operations, talent and culture to represent and elevate our brand
• Manage content creation, various marketing agencies, and our marketing budget with detail and passion
• Design, test, implement and continuously improve successful, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
• Support the international launch and growth of our new products and new market entries, for our industrial and clean energy business segments
• Own and improve the marketing aspects of our brand to ensure that we are vibrant, differentiated and evolving in the market
• Support international industry events such as Wind Energy Hamburg, Intersec, IMTS, RE+,
• Coach high-performing Marketing Associate to facilitate their success, career growth and job satisfaction

What We Need From You

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Growth mindset with intrinsic desire to learn and evolve
• Willingness to work in the Scottsdale office in a hybrid environment
• Willingness to travel on occasion (approximately twice per year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making
