We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team!The Entry Level Marketing Assistants is responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters the acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Interact with consumers by positively and professionally communicating approved brand messaging to drive sales through the registers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
