INH Property Management is currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing and Leasing Consultant for the Metro Area. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic self-starter who is passionate about providing superior service. This position has attractive earning potential.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administrative duties
• Setting appointments for showings
• Answering prospective resident calls
• Follow-ups with prospective properties
• Conducting showings
• Property operations

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Weekend availability (as needed)
• Website administration
• Self-Motivated
• Multi-tasking
• Detail Oriented
• Customer Service
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Sales

Preferred Qualifications:

• Property management experience
• Real Estate License
• Graphic design skills
• Yardi Voyager experience
• Website design/administration
• Rent Cafe software experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay is dependent on experience with leasing bonuses.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour + Bonuses
