The monumental Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza Hotel is looking for their next Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team.


This Midtown high-rise with beautiful unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skyline is the closest hotel to the United Nations and half a mile from Grand Central Station. Its historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are both official New York City Interior Landmarks.

What will I be doing?


As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Create, review or revise copy alongside for social media, reputation management and website.
  • Maintains up-to-date all online content relevant to hotel’s positioning not limited to the hotel’s websites
  • Track and analyze post engagement to demonstrate reputational impact and optimize as needed
  • Plan and execute local catering events by creating BEO's, coordinating with appropriate departments, and communicating with local clients to meet their needed requirements
  • Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required
  • Coordinate property photo shoots, videos, development of applications, promotions, marketing campaigns, events, etc as requested.
  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales & Marketing team in the strategy implementation including and not limited to online content, reputation management & social media, digital asset management and press interaction as well as any administrative support.


Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM


Pay Rate: $60,000-65,000 annually (hourly pay)
