Marketing and Communications Manager, Business Development supports the Business Development team’s effort by promoting Infuse Hospitality’s food and beverage management services to prospective clients. The Marketing and Communications Manager, Business Development will work to continuously improve the reach and precision of promotional communications while maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential new business leads.
Infuse Hospitality, an innovative contract food and beverage management company is committed to creating and operating best-in-class hospitality experiences as a service. From mobile coffee carts to cafes, restaurants, and full amenity floors, Infuse Hospitality operates 30 unique concepts for various clients. The Infuse Hospitality portfolio also includes Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, a one-of-a-kind cafe offering a variety of specialty coffee roasters and craft teas under one roof, with locations in Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and Dallas.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously identify and log potential business leads in the CRM.
- Support the design and creation of proposals and promotional materials.
- Research and curate content related to trends in food and beverage, commercial estate, and mixed-use development to assist in guiding Infuse Hospitality’s business development strategy.
- Develop and implement marketing and communications plans for Infuse Hospitality that consistently build awareness about Infuse Hospitality’s contract food service management offerings to the target audience.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, and email marketing/drip campaigns.
- Social media management capabilities-primarily LinkedIn.
- Self-starting, motivated, creative individual with comfort working under ambiguous conditions and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to create and promote content related to Infuse’s market position using various tools, including PowerPoint, adobe creative suite, and google workspace.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role focusing on contract services or B2B offerings. Familiarity and experience with the contract food service management industry are preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
- $55,000 - $80,000 base salary, plus bonus potential
