Marketing Activation Coordinator - Starts Immediately

Duration: 12 months, possibly extensions

Location: Aliso Veijo, CA - Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Description:

Looking for an activation coordinator supporting 5 activation managers in marketing materials, POS order management, event management. Strong in MS office suite, handling budget management and finances including outstanding invoices for all of west region. Will be providing support and planning and handling POS on SAP and Coupa.

This is a marketing position within the Activation West Team to assist the Director & Managers in the management and implementation of the field programming plans, including long-term strategic planning and AOP. This role also assists the Director and/or Managers by driving synergies in programming between the Division marketing & sales teams and central marketing functions by increasing business building opportunities.

• Customer marketing initiatives
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Task management across matrix organization
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work across functional and reporting lines
• Coupa (Preferred)
• Documentable track record of generating excellent results
• Prior experience in consumer packaged goods or beverage alcohol.
