Market Research Analyst (Brooklyn, NY):

NAVER Z, the company behind ZEPETO, a global metaverse platform with over 300 million users, is hiring a Market Research Analyst to work remotely in Brooklyn, NY.

:

• Building strategic partnerships with content/game developing partners for ZEPETO World and driving mutual growth for these partnerships by collaborating closely throughout the entire development process.
• Tracking and analyzing key metrics that help us accomplish our strategic objectives.
• Performing competitive analysis research across different gaming verticals and platforms.
• Using data to track key performance indicators, create content performance analyses, and identify the optimal content/games for ZEPETO.
• Communicate market needs and partner feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap and prioritization on ZEPETO World and underlying engine/system.
• Coordinating works with strategic partners, directing integrations with ZEPETO platform, and managing end-to-end cycle from identifying to launch and maintenance.
• Conducting market research and surveys to identify market trends and business opportunities ranging from pilot outsourcing to investments, joint ventures, and other opportunities.
• Extracting, collecting, and analyzing ZEPETO’s user data to understand user behavior and preference.
• Managing developer partnership budget and reporting P&L to VP and C level executives.

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience working with User Generated Content platforms and freemium monetization models.
• A bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Proficient in data analytics software: Amplitude and Looker.

Salary Information:

• This is a full-time position.
• The salary is $54,475 per year.
