FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Site Leader

CIRCOR products are flying on most commercial and military aircraft, including single and twin aisle air transport, business and regional jets, military transports and fighters, and commercial and military rotorcraft. POSITION DETAILS

Principal Activities

  • Analyze data from Team Improvement Boards, develop and implement actions to improve performance.
  • Work closely with development team to transition and industrialize new processes and products.
  • Provide Estimated Time to Complete (ETC) for products to the planning and customer service department.
  • Manage Day to Day shop floor personnel and activities.
  • Interface with upstream and downstream operations to create flow and address turnback’s.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, and safety.
  • Drive completion of monthly, weekly and daily build plans.
  • Ensure completion or work orders safely, in compliance, on-time and at the best cost.
  • Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and elimination of waste at the work site, as well as respect for and empowerment of production workers.

Job Requirements:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing role
  • Ability to embrace change and participate in continuous improvement activity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • FAA repair station experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

PAY RANGE: $85k-90k. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
