Top Gun Staffing Group LLC has partnered with a well-known industrial manufacturer in Portsmouth, NH to identify their next Manufacturing Quality Engineer. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving quality systems to ensure they meet customer requirements that require advanced technology and high reliability solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other departments (i.e. Design Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Customer Service, etc) to ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- Developing and implementing quality standards and control systems
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, products, and processes to ensure quality specs are met
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Reviewing customer contracts to ensure specific requirements are met
Qualifications
- CQE or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and web/cloud based applications
- BS Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline preferred
- Must have working knowledge of ISO 9001
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Salary Range
$85,000 - $105,000/year commensurate with experience
