Job Description

Rapid Machining Solutions is a leading manufacturing company specializing in the machining of Aerospace products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Planner. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in manufacturing planning and gain hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, a powerful ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to develop production schedules based on customer demand and resource availability.

Learn and become proficient in using Dynamics 365 Business Central to enter and maintain accurate manufacturing data, such as bills of materials, work orders, and production routings.

Assist in monitoring and tracking work order progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to production schedules.

Support the procurement team by coordinating material availability and maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system.

Participate in production meetings, providing input on resource allocation and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Requirements:

Strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing planning or supply chain management.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Excel.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
