Job Details

We have wide range of ingredients and solutions for the bakery, food service, and milling industries

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to10 years of supply chain and operational (manufacturing) management experience in a SQF food manufacturing facility.
• Highly organized, self-starter able to set and follow priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Bilingual with Spanish.
• Prior experience with an ERP system a must.
• Food safety related experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform/deal with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability and desire to act both hands on over with small or non-matured environments if needed and with a more strategic way when possible
• Must have sense of difference between urgency and priorities and entrepreneurial track records.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven analytical (data anlysis) and conceptual skills.
