We are a family business established in 1996 and we specialize in the transformation of plastics. It is positioned on the development and manufacturing of high precision injection molding parts, for various markets, with a predominance on the automotive sector. We are a dynamic and growing company, located in Rochester Hills, MI.
Your missions: - Study the feasibility of projects in the acquisition phase with other specialists within AdduXi. - Manage projects with internal resources within functional linkages. - Organize kick-off meetings with the customer and suppliers in order to validate the input data and propose possible changes. - Management of changes within technical scope to increase commercial margin. - Supervise the preparation of PPAP files and project feasibility. - Manage quote modification in the development phase. - Develop and evolve technical files (part specification, customer, and internal needs) - Establish and follow the project timing and budget. - Validate and monitor the development of tools with AdduXi internal experts. - Manage projects related to tool transfers. - Track and update technical information and APQP files. - Report on the progress of projects to his hierarchy.
Your profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 7+ years of experience managing new projects and continuous improvement - Strong injection molding and tooling knowledge - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles - Knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D - Strong leadership skills
