About this Role

Quality is at the forefront of our client's products, and we are looking for a self-driven, passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to join their IT team. On this team you will help drive innovation and continue building out the critical products that processes millions of records of data per month. Their product teams are responsible for creating premier customer experiences using technical capabilities that are deployed on AWS.

In this role, you will:

• Continue learning and sharing knowledge with the rest of team
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Team to refine user stories and deliver high quality solutions
• Test case creation and execution to meet User Story acceptance criteria
• Build and maintain regression suite
• Collaborate with peers in Quality Community of Practice to ensure quality standards
• Over small training sessions

The Ideal Candidate

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and willingness to ask questions
• Strong expertise in order to draft and execute SQL statements to analyze data results and research issues.
• 8+ years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage agile methodologies partnering with stakeholders and product team to ensure high quality solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to any situation, specifically the ability to retain knowledge from one module/implementation to the next to ensure standards are maintained across the application.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working in cloud environments AWS or Azure
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with SAFe
