Experience Required

• Prior management consulting experience in an interim capacity is essential
• Established track record as a CFO for PE-owned businesses with revenues in the $100 million to $1 billion range
• Strong financial modeling experience and solid understanding of financial statements – development of 13-week cash flows is preferred; experience with Tableau and think-cell software is a plus
• Leading an organization through a time-sensitive project (e.g., restructuring, carve-out or acquisition) and managing the process through to completion
• Proven interim CFO or CAO experience; including managing accounting procedures
• Proven experience building budgets, EBITDA forecasts, and cash forecasts to guide and support executive management decision making – experience with management reporting dashboards is a plus
• Deep experience in Manufacturing, Health Care, Technology or retail preferred
• Improving the performance of a finance organization by upgrading staff skills, re-designing processes, or implementing new

Professional Skills & Qualification Required

• Structured project management (time, team, and work-stream’s management)
• Strong written, oral, and analytical skills
• MBA or other advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CFA, etc.)
• Critical thinking skills
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or related is preferred
• Existing PE relationships a plus
• Initiative and drive
• Developing findings and making strategic recommendations
• Skill to deliver time-pressured project on-time and on-quality
• Ability to identify key operational performance drivers, cash flow forecasting, and flexibility to support clients with a broad array of issues
• 10+ years of previous related financial management roles, performance improvement operations consulting, accounting diligence, or restructuring experience
• Exceptional client relationship building capability
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to travel extensively
• Flexible and creative thinking
