Summary
This role is key to managing visualization operations to encompass all Fortune 500 Home Builders in North America. Your role will be mission critical in both customer onboarding and ensuring the product we deliver is architecturally accurate and as high quality as possible. This position is part of our Customer Operations Team, and you will develop expertise in home builder operations, architecture and interactive gaming and web technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train and supervise Ops & AM staff.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Ensure that all customer implementation activities are carried out with high-quality and in the agreed upon times.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on new releases and sustaining activities
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Establish effective Operational Processes with offshore 3D Teams.
  • Serve as point of escalation for customers and solve operational challenges.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Efficiently manage operational activities
Requirements and skills
  • Excellent communication and Leadership skills
  • BS Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • 5+ years as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing a diverse team of 20+ people in remote locations.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Nice to have but not required:
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience managing offshore teams.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting Continuous for 8+ hours
