The role


SoFi is seeking an experienced Manager, Operations Communications to assist with our continued growth across the MET Member Service Delivery team. We are very excited about our growth and we are looking for leaders who are passionate about customer service and have the skills and experience to lead a team to deliver outstanding results. You will manage a team of 3-4 managers, with responsibility for coaching and developing teams to deliver best in class service for SoFi’s financial service products, including bank accounts, investment accounts, and loans. . You will also be responsible for driving key company objectives and driving a better member experience across all channels.

What you’ll need:


  • Call center or processing center management experience strongly preferred
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience hiring, training, motivating, monitoring and coaching teams of customer service employees, as well as, supervisory staff
  • 5+ years general customer service experience
  • Some project management experience
  • 3+ years of management experience


Nice to have:


  • An ability to create and present data to key decision makers
  • Ability to drive process improvements to effectively improve the member experience


Compensation And Benefits


The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
