Job Description

As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role will oversee multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and in scope. You will also prepare status reports and escalate issues to upper management to support overall project portfolio. The successful candidate would demonstrate strong time management, organization, leadership and analytical skills to optimize project delivery with internal teams and external vendors.

Resource Development & Management


  • Assess organizational needs for guidelines, processes and procedures and development prioritized documentation on an on-going basis
  • Review standards, guidelines and resources prior to publishing to verify that they are in compliance with LLS Legal, People Org and Finance stated policies.
  • Continuous improvement – Regularly audit resources for accuracy and relevance (ensure it is not duplicative or conflicts with other documentation). Identify materials that are unclear or need additional guidance, escalate to appropriate business partner to ensure all necessary reviews take place and all approvals are obtained prior to publishing
  • Partner with EBA to support scoring of enterprise initiatives and enhancements
  • Maintain a centralized repository for operational resources
  • Maintain a working knowledge of prioritized requested enhancements, projects, innovation ideas to identify how they may impact current resource documentation.


Education


  • Respond to inquiries from assigned MS Region Support Teams within 1 business day   
  • Provide regular educational calls to provide relevant information to staff
  • Ensure region staff understand and comply with LLS operational processes


Staff Management


  • Manage specialists’ escalations and requests for support quickly and effectively
  • Monitor departmental goals, timeline and workload volumes regularly to ensure that all commitments are being met and notify Director, Operational Standards & Communication when attainment of Service Level Agreement is at risk
  • Ensure assigned specialists adhere to all LLS and Operational Success policies and procedures
  • In partnership with peer managers, identify and cross-train at least 2 additional staff to provide Operational Resources support.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a highly effective Operational Resources team; assign project-based workload and predict future needs; manage assigned specialists, including annual performance reviews, professional development and weekly scheduling and review of employees’ timecards


Education & Experience Requirements


  • Advanced proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
  • Knowledge of policy management and electronic signatures applications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively


Physical Demands & Work Environment


  • Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
  • Some weekend & evening work required
  • Minimal travel as required for national or department meetings
  • Average salary range is $50k-$70K, open to further discussion based on geography.
