Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of digital strategists that will help our customers (primarily pest control companies) reach their target audience through a variety of digital marketing tactics. You’ll build out tools and processes that monitor client performance and work closely with the marketing strategy and customer success teams to ensure that client’s marketing goals are being monitored and met. You will use these tools to create and optimize marketing strategies that fuel performance. The primary goal is to help our customers achieve their goals across the marketing funnel to drive leads, increase customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of digital marketing strategists, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive team performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies and goals
  • Build and monitor dashboards to track customer performance in real time to inform ongoing optimization and iteration
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and techniques and recommend new strategies to improve marketing performance, such as SEO and PPC advertising
  • Develop and communicate digital marketing strategies to assist with the sale of marketing services and well as ongoing performance
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and market changes that may impact marketing strategies
  • Understanding of Google platforms such as Search Console, Adwords, Trends, Business Profiles, Analytics, and Local Service Ads to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategy and campaign development
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the pest control and home services industries is preferred
  • Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals
