Job Description
The Manager, Brand & Marketing will be responsible for leading the execution of key marketing strategies that will amplify The Home Edits’s digital presence and overall brand impact while delivering on key brand and growth metrics.


Working closely with the Director of Marketing to set strategies, the manager will own execution of marketing plan executional tactics, coordination across key partners in commerce & growth, social marketing, and creative resources. The manager will work as the day to day lead in execution across experiential and touring events, influencer and talent activations, brand guidelines evolution, product & IP promotion, and other campaign planning activities.


This role will be the primary owner of key marketing and campaign calendars and work closely with data & analytics to ensure performance reporting is tracking and key areas of improvement and growth are identified. With clear KPI’s and opportunities to scale and optimize, the manager will have a visible and meaningful impact on the business and have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of new tools, vendors and partners. The manager will also keep competitive intelligence and audience understanding maintained and up to date while identifying innovation opportunities.


The manager should have strong project management skills as they will play a key role in cross-functional management across special initiatives.


This role will primarily focus on The Home Edit IP with additional sharing cross-learnings and creating holistic marketing plans across the Hello Sunshine portfolio.


Requirements


  • Work collaboratively with growth/social/product teams to find engaging ways to expand the impact of our brand.Leverage data and analytics to inform strategies.
  • Be an active contributor in understanding the broader changing needs of our consumers and developing innovative ideas and breakthrough initiatives.
  • Calendarization and coordination of marketing initiatives.
  • Manager freelancers and communication with vendors/partners.
  • Own and update competitive research and analysis.
  • Craft and optimize marketing strategies and campaign plans.
  • Work with Sr Mgr of Data to measure ROI for all campaigns and initiatives using analytical platforms while maintaining a strong understanding of performance improvement & optimization opportunities.
