Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Manager. The Entry Level Manager will assist our community outreach team, which helps us run campaigns for our charitable partners, oversee and manage various events. We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level non-profits, helping them achieve their marketing goals and community initiatives. Your job would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries.


Responsibilities of our Management Trainee:


  • Attend all meetings and educational webinars that will supply you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the ever-evolving market landscape
  • Take the initiative to familiarize yourself with our clients and communicate with them professionally when needed
  • Apply what you learn to various projects that are presented to you by the management team with a keen focus on marketing strategy, community outreach, and increasing market exposure
  • Complete all tasks and duties assigned to you by the Executive Managers in an effective and timely manner
  • Enthusiastically acquire business and management skills and knowledge through all resources to continually update your proficiency in the field
  • Work side by side with our Executive Managers to learn our company’s strategies and values and how they align with the non-profits that we proudly represent
