Job Description
The Affordable Housing Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing our on-site teams support, managing the MFTE recertification process.
This is a hybrid position and will require working at various properties in the Greater Seattle market as needed.

  • Facilitate due diligence activities to mitigate any legal or regulatory risks; Develop and implement profiles for compliance related to government regulations.
  • Participate in events (community, diversity, etc) on behalf of the organization and providing appropriate representation.
  • Establish, foster and maintain relationships with external vendors and other 3rd party organizations necessary to cultivate programs that will support legal/regulatory compliance, energy and resource consumption reduction, and/or advocate sustainability to communities.
  • Develop, implement compliance programs, creating presentations as needed for the appropriate client and/or operational audiences.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to manage and report out on key metrics; Provide regular reporting for operations teams and clients (as needed).
  • Manage the MFTE extension process by meeting the submission deadlines for individual properties to requalify residents and keep in compliance with local laws for affordable housing.
  • Team Members in this role may do any combination of responsibilities listed below, performing specialized tasks necessary for a specific focus area:
  • May respond to inquiries from clients and federal and state entities regarding procedures and produce written documentation as proof of compliance.
  • Host resident events to collect all documents and completed forms to submit for requalification.
  • Follow up by phone and email to collect all appropriate documentation within the allotted time period for resident submission.
  • Complete periodic audits as necessary; ensure tracking tools and processes are in place, and report compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as needed or required.
The hourly compensation for this position is $24.00 - $33.00.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
