Maintenance Worker Jobs

The Maintenance Technician is an integral part of the CCHO Facilities team. Safely use your skills and talents to make a difference! Keep children safe, while keeping our campus and properties beautiful. The Facilities team installs and repairs machinery, appliances, equipment, and physical structures, in addition to caring for the grounds/campus. Rewards : $1000 Employment bonus - paid within 60 days of employment Health Insurance Dental Vision Paid time off & paid holidays Life Insurance (including optional coverage for dependents) 401(k) with employer match Requirements : High school diploma or GED strongly preferred, but not required At least 3 years experience Valid Ohio driver's license, with driving record that is insurable on agency policy; ability to legally and safely drive a vehicle Ability to use internet and Outlook, as well as use/learn work order software. Responsibilities : Adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct. TEAM first Safely and efficiently uses tools and other equipment. Safely drives variety of vehicles, including pick-ups, tractors, etc. Repairs/maintains physical structure of properties. Maintains water treatment system and tests water; sewage treatment plant; gas well and pool. Maintains heating & cooling equipment. Performs regular maintenance/replacement of all appliances, electric, and plumbing. Repairs and paints walls, laws flooring, hangs doors, builds and repairs structures. Performs snow removal and landscape maintenance, including tree trimming and removal. Ensures EPA compliance, as required. On-call responsibilities, as required. Work during occasional weekend events, as required. Use computers and/or electronic equipment to fulfill job functions.
