Job Description
The Role
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician, who will report to the Production Manager, to join their team in Chandler, Arizona. Working with their Fab operations team, s/he will work with Equipment & Process Engineering to maintain Fab equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Sustaining - lead troubleshooting efforts with main focus on dielectric & metal deposition & etch equipment.
  • Assist equipment engineering to perform standard quarterly and annual PM.
  • Perform standard kit changes for PVD, CVD, plasma Etch tools.
  • Work with equipment engineering to track and improve equipment parts life cycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Perform required PMs and actively drive improvements using FDC and parts quality management.
  • Exhibit excellent and open communication skills.
  • Experience sustaining and improving performance of semiconductor equipment operations.
  • High school diploma, AA degree or equivalent 2-year program.
  • Minimum 2 years of actual Fab process experience in the semiconductor field.
  • Familiarity with Applied Materials equipment for PVD, CVD, Plasma Etch is desirable.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment focused on making positive improvements
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities.
