Maintenance Technician Jobs

Rapidly growing health club chain currently with 50+ location based in Franklin MA looking to hire a full-time general maintenance position to join our growing maintenance department. Starting rate $18 per hour with excellent benefits including employer contributing health and dental, employer matching 401K, mileage reimbursement, as well as a profit-sharing program. Duties include but not limited to painting, equipment and facility repairs, some heavy lifting, cleaning. This job will be based out of our Franklin, MA location and traveling will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Company vehicle supplied after an observation period
• Painting experience preferred
• Self-directed
• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
• Work day starts and ends in Franklin, Ma (subject to change once fully trained)(Mondays only)
• Have working knowledge in one or all of the following: roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting preferred
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues
• Possess a sense of urgency and can meet deadlines
• Team player, organized, energetic, clean
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
• Hours are 8am – 4pm (overtime and weekends may be required)
• Valid Drivers License required

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
