(The Warwick Apartments). Ideal candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair. Experience in the multi-family housing industry strongly preferred. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, 20% discount on housing and more.
