Maintenance Technician Jobs

Calyx Senior Living is actively seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance Technician for our BRAND NEW assisted living community opening in early May! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!

With our new community in the final stages of pre-opening, Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Maintenance Technician.

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Upkeep of community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment
• Solving maintenance and housekeeping challenges
• Ongoing preventative maintenance, routine building safety programs and general work order and task list completion
• On call for after-hours physical plant emergencies

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance
• Working knowledge of basic construction principles
• An interest in working with the senior population.
• Current North Carolina Driver's License Required
• COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Required.
