Job Description
We are a growing company looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Las Positas Apartments in Camarillo, CA!


The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!


  • Prefer HVAC certified! Training provided.
  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 150 unit property!


We offer $19-$24/hour DOE plus an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and 401K match! We also offer bonuses and rental discounts at our properties!
