Maintenance Technician I Jobs

POSITION PURPOSE

To provide support services to the assigned facility with regard to maintaining and cleaning the facility including offices, restrooms, showers, equipment, physical plant and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment.

Essential Functions Job Specific

Perform general maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, changing bulbs, plunging toilets, and assembling furniture

Assist in receiving materials and supplies, restocking materials and supplies, and notifying appropriate staff of low materials and supplies

Other maintenance duties as assigned by individual location

Other duties as assigned
