Job Description

2nd shift

:

Job duties consist of Preventative Maintenance of injection molds which requires welding and repairing when needed. Troubleshooting problem areas, fitting and assembly of die components, polishing and hand working. Milling, surface grinding, lathe.

Requirements:

Completion of Tool and Die Apprenticeship

6 Years Experience with Injection Molding Dies

Experience working with A1 polish dies and textured cores.

3 Years Welding and Machining Experience

(Capable of operating Manual Mill, Surface Grinder, Lathe, Tig Welder and Laser Welder)

Able to work weekends and support production as needed on the weekends.

Experience welding, hand finishing and fitting die components.

Experience with overhead cranes.
