Maintenance Supervisor Jobs

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and ensure all properties meet required standards for safety and functionality. Responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors and contractors, ensuring they comply with company policies and safety regulations
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and ensure their implementation
• Assist in the preparation of budgets for maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Oversee and prioritize the maintenance and repair requests for all properties
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including on-call and respond to emergencies outside of normal business hours
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory codes, OSHA standards, and safety procedures
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with technical training in HVAC, electrical systems, or related field
• Proficient with computer and mobile technology, including Microsoft Office and mobile applications
• Minimum of 5 years of property maintenance experience
