Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor will implement leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will champion a culture that builds, operates, and maintains a team that is operationally sound, safe, and efficient. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the execution of the equipment strategy for each asset involved in the production process.
Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
2 + years of process and/or maintenance reliability experience
2 + years of strong mechanical, automation and electrical knowledge and aptitude.
Ability to take off-hour calls and rotate on call accountability with facility staff as necessary.
Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
SAP experience
Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results
