Maintenance Facilitator Jobs

JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Facilitator provides GEM Process data administration, primarily supporting Maintenance Planner(s) and Coordinators(s) by providing timely and accurate work order encoding and service entry sheet requirements, parts ordering and receiving process, and administration of the technician time entry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
• Assist with service entry/vendor invoice requirements
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position according to the physical demands analysis
• Conduct parts ordering and receiving
• Maintain time-keeping and pay records in appropriate database
• Facilitate department warranty management
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Maintain a safe work environment including environmental compliance, and work practices in compliance with federal, state and company regulations
• Coordinate technician time entry
• Other job assignments as requested
• Support other maintenance functions as required
• Load and unload supplies and deliveries
• Maintain the required environmental documents and inspections
• Other projects as assigned
• Ensure proper CMMS work order coding
• Organize mine site parts storage area including component exchange and keep-fill programs
• Establish and maintain a safe work environment and best practices
• Responsible for continuous improvement programs and implementation
• Administer the warranty tracking program and environmental requirements
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and company regulations and environmental programs
• Collaborate with process manager, planners, mechanical and electrical engineers as required
