AHF Products acquired Armstrong Flooring Inc. Lancaster Plant July of 2022. The Lancaster Flooring Plant team has a job opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician. Maintenance Electricians are responsible for electrical maintenance and project work on equipment in our high technology facility.

Location: 1067 Dillerville Rd Lancaster, PA 17603

Salary: $31.12 – $38.80 per hour, based on knowledge and skills

Shift: 10:45pm-6:45am M-F or weekly rotation of 6:45am-2:45pm M-F; 2:45pm-10:45pm M-F, 10:45pm-6:45am M-F

Shift Differential: $0.42 per hour for 2:45pm-10:45pm and $0.47 per hour for 10:45pm-6:45am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Perform work in accordance with NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and guidelines
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan
Complete Preventive, Predictive, Work Order, and Project records in detail
Installing conduit and wirings, motors, instrumentation, recording devices, starters and temporary wiring setups
Maintaining/repairing plant instrumentation and developing wiring diagrams
Using precision instrumentation such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger, wattmeter, etc.
Perform tasks in CMMS work order and inventory control packages.
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical devices
Conduct daily safety risk assessments on routine and non-routine job tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
Positive and Verifiable Work History
Associates degree preferred
3+ years of skill-related experience
Previous experience with electrical maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing environment
CMMS experience preferred
Ability to work Overtime, Holidays, and Weekends
