Job Description
Crown Care rehab & Healthcare is looking for a Maintenance Assistant/ Floor tech.
Maintenance Assistant/ Floor tech Job Summary: To perform day-to-day floor cleaning activities and assure the facility is maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.

Maintenance Assistant / Floor Tech Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Follow facility-established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
  • Cleaning walls, rails, doors, behind doors, and baseboards.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean and safe manner. Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the housekeeping and laundry supervisor. Maintenance issues should be reported to the maintenance supervisor in accordance with established facility protocols.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Assistant in Maintenance work orders
  • Always honor the resident’s personal and property rights. Turn in all found articles to your supervisor.
  • Dust mopping, wet mopping, and buffing of assigned floors.
