Job Description
MSI Express, Inc is currently hiring machine operators for 3rd Shift Geneva Location.


We are a manufacturing company of food and pet food with 14 locations, mainly in the Midwest. Our company culture is that of Respect for all our associates, as well as a firm belief in developing them to prepare them for their future and the future of our company's expansion plans.


The Machine Operator is generally responsible for the production and quality of the finished product. Specifically, the Operator sets the speed of the equipment to pace the line in accordance with the specified efficiency standards, adjusts the timing to ensure proper weight and or volume of product, and troubleshoots equipment issues.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • Maintain a visual inspection of label placement, case codes, piece count and orientation as specified by the product standard and their supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, sit, climb, and/or lift up to 50 lbs frequently or through the duration of the shift.


Shift


  • Overtime available
  • Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays) 3rd shift hours are 10:45pm to 7:00am
  • Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 depending on Position


Shift Availability: 3rd Shift


Schedule: 3rd: 10:45pm to 07:00am
